What you need:
- Hot water
- Lemon
- Cayenne pepper
- Ground ginger
- Ground cloves
- Honey
Squeeze lemon into a tea/coffee cup, add desired amount of cayenne pepper, ground ginger, ground cloves and honey. Mix/blend together then add hot water. Let it steep 2-4 mins. Then add a lemon slice on top.
This drink fights fights gas, bloat, inflammation aids digestion and boosts immunity.
