Health – Bloating remedy

The frustrating feeling of being bloated, your belly feels heavy and laziness incurs.

Everyone experiences it at some point. However, most women feel it worse during PMS (ugh!)

I tried this easy remedy and was surprised to feel a difference …

What you need:

  • Hot water
  • Lemon
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Ground ginger
  • Ground cloves
  • Honey

Squeeze lemon into a tea/coffee cup, add desired amount of cayenne pepper, ground ginger, ground cloves and honey. Mix/blend together then add hot water. Let it steep 2-4 mins. Then add a lemon slice on top.

This drink fights fights gas, bloat, inflammation aids digestion and boosts immunity.
