3. There is always more to learn. (Embrace it)

4. Today I am at peace. (Feel it)

5. I have love & compassion. (Give it, receive it)

6. I release all drama. (Let it go)

7. I am living in the present. (Enjoy it)

8. I am choosing happiness. ( smile)


It’s easier said than done. It takes not only practice to say these affirmations but to mean them, exercise them and follow them.
